Nah. I'm not into the whole celebrity thing. I just can't help it if other people recognise and acknowledge just how much I rock. I had real problems with all the local hot chicks coming up to me slipping me their numbers. I just don't think I could handle that on here. 😳

[EDIT] And considering that most of the population here are guys. 😞 Except Mary Ann. Boy, is she hot. If she was an engine, she'd be in a McLaren F1.

Anyway, I'm in the paper every day and even my parents have a hard time recognising me.

Until you've been in the news, you don't realise how little people actually read or recognise names. I've been on radio, TV and in print many times and the only people who have ever commented are work colleagues, and a former school friend who once contacted me. He's an attorney and was partly touting for business.
Edit: Oh, and some guys who wanted to bump me on the head, for what I said. They claimed to be from some newspaper and wanted to meet me round the corner. It was to do with a pyramid scheme.
Today's news is tomorrow's kitty litter.

True true true... I have been on teletext once with some commentary a year ago, but I have not heard anyone about it. Please note, this is a very popular teletext page up here (and yes, its dinosaur interface is actually still being used by lots of people).

Two teams of Oak Ridge High School students competed Wednesday for the chance to present proposed legislation to the state legislature in Nashville in January.

Wow! Your many exploits in The Daily Prophet have nothing on this.

Ummm... Maybe that's cause he's a little kid, Raggie, and you are like all grown up. 😕

So you were born in Iran and now live in the US, I thought it was
the other way around.

I don't think it so daft, people now days are starting to wise up on the problems of landfill waste. The problem with school kids is that generally they have more important issues on their minds like who is getting off with who, what the latest fashion accessory is or how do they get rid of that huge spot that is forming on the end of their nose. So i reckon that a large propotion of them couldn't give a fig. Playgrounds in schools are often litter with empty crisp & sweet packets or coke cans. Forcing them to recycle & put rubbish in a bin can only help make their environment a better place.
