That's awesome! Tell us the details!
[EDIT] And considering that most of the population here are guys. 😞 Except Mary Ann. Boy, is she hot. If she was an engine, she'd be in a McLaren F1.

I've been on radio, TV and in print many times and the only people who have ever commented are work colleagues, and a former school friend who once contacted me. He's an attorney and was partly touting for business.

Edit: Oh, and some guys who wanted to bump me on the head, for what I said. They claimed to be from some newspaper and wanted to meet me round the corner. It was to do with a pyramid scheme.
Today's news is tomorrow's kitty litter.

ORHS students learn of legislature process firsthand
Two teams of Oak Ridge High School students competed Wednesday for the chance to present proposed legislation to the state legislature in Nashville in January.
Alborz Bejnood, Alexandra Popova, Jacob Card and Pierre Richards proposed a bill to make recycling in schools mandatory, while Taylor Hughey ...[text shortened]... was an eye-opener for me - I never dreamed how many hours it took for my bills to become law."
It will be compulsory potions classes next...

So? My business won business of the week in one of the local rags, and then I had a 5 page spread written about me saying how great my business was and what an upstanding gent I was a few months back, but you don't hear me blowing my own trumpet, do you.

The problem with school kids is that generally they have more important issues on their minds like who is getting off with who, what the latest fashion accessory is or how do they get rid of that huge spot that is forming on the end of their nose. So i reckon that a large propotion of them couldn't give a fig. Playgrounds in schools are often litter with empty crisp & sweet packets or coke cans. Forcing them to recycle & put rubbish in a bin can only help make their environment a better place.
Compulsory recycling is a stupid idea.
