Thank you. How much is the fee? I've been reading some of the forums and some people stars are deformed. Something must be wrong with my computer. Its like out of focus or something. And the tint is off a little. Some are yellow, some are orange, some are red! My computer is screwed up.

The different tints signify a milestone passed in number of moves i believe, and any star without wings is one of the original members (think that's right).
The fee is around $15 US for a year, or $6 for a month if you want to try it out. Something i'll be investing in within the week now that i have a modest cash flow. Have a look here for more info http://www.timeforchess.com/vstat/subs.php.
You'll find 6 games are enough to get a feel of the site and decide whether it's worth the money.
Incidently, there is nothing wrong with playing on here for free if you find 6 games enough, or don't have a way of paying. But i think you'll find after playing here for a while that you will want to pay just to support the site.
