The salmon has rights but with these rights come responsibilities.

Article 34 states salmon aren't allowed in fish farms without consent.

Whose consent, their parents? They'll be wanting their own trade union next.

(I was intending to conclude that this all sounds a bit fishy but I have decided to refrain from saying a bit fishy because it sounds a bit too corny.)

It is very unusual for a salmon to reach the age of majority.
