Wasn't there a german that convinced another guy to be eaten by him? And he simply fried him and ate him. Now THAT is weird.
Apparently it's all taped on video because he wanted the authoritites to see it was consensual and just kept filming afterwards.

I cannot, for the life of me, imagine the other man who just had his penis cut-off, to come to the table bleeding profusely and have a nice chat about the weather while gulting his own penis with a bottle of good wine.
Anything is possible, though...

However, this case is different since it was the protagonist who wanted to be stabbed/injured.
Edit: He also convinced the guy, as part of his undercover op, to perform homosexual acts upon him -- Now that's a different kind of stabbing! 😵
