@great-big-stees saidI recently had an oil change also my tires were fine. No inflation required! 😉
I just, well a little while ago, got my car back from my mechanic (oil change) and he told me he inflated the tires. Seems they were a wee bit low.

As we all know everything is going to go up.
Some are going to have a hard time trying to make ends meet for sure.
We who can should help where we can.

@lemondrop saidA thing that I find fascinating about Americans is that you all build your houses out of wood.
what's going to go up the most?
my guess is lumber
there is a lot of rebuilding that needs to be done
Why is that?
It can't have anything to do with cost as you say yourself lumber is expensive.
Then a hurricane comes and turns your house into matchsticks.
Why don't you build your house out of concrete like we do?
@instantkarma777 saidYou build your houses out of “concrete”?

@divegeester saidMost houses built here pre world war 2 are pre cast concrete. Modern houses are bricks and mortar with plastering over that and some are pebble dashed.
You build your houses out of “concrete”?
Wood is only used for windows and floors.
@divegeester saidWill be interesting to see what happens during the summer and if they keep the needing a test to enter/return and during quarantine. When they abolish all that rubbish I’d imagine flights and hotels won’t be expensive as they’ll be desperate to get people back and I assume people will want to get away when possible.
Foreign holidays.
@trev33 saidI have 2 weeks in Greece booked for the end of June which are held over from last summer.

I called the holiday firm to move the dates back a couple of weeks and unusually they had loads of availability. When they told me the new price I realised why, the holiday has gone up 75% since what I booked it at in early 2020.
