This guy seems to know what he's talking about! He is pushing his book though, so it's a sales pitch but it's stll a great animation.
Perhaps in the morning when I get some sleep.
Thanks anyway, it is very interesting. 🙂

What are all these crazy yanks doing up at this time ofthe morning?😉
As far as the video, it's an interesting thought model but any scientific process which cannot be verified will always be theory. String theory can not be quantified as real (ie, proven through imperical evidence) which is the major issue with the theory. Granted it seems fairly elegant but having to accept a theory on faith sounds too much like religion to me no matter how convincing the argument.

Then off to New Jersey at my old company, Inplane Photonics, more cleanroom work. No rest for the wiked.

I get it! 😲
Dimension Zero – a single point of indeterminate size, no dimensions.
The 1st dimension takes two of these points and the line joining them is the 1st dimension.
1 – A line
A different line branches off from this first line to create the 2nd dimension.
2 – A split
Instead of thinking of 3 dimensions as length, width and height: for the 2d ant imagine folding through the 3rd dimension to move from one of the 2d lines to another 2d line.
In a sense the 3rd dimension is what you fold through to jump from one position to another in the dimension below – important for higher dimensions.
3 – A fold
Now treat this as a single point, these three dimensions as a single point: this point will be at a certain time.
Another point will be at a different time for these three dimensions: and the line joining them together can be described as time, and this is the 4th dimension.
4 –A line
You can fold the 5th (higher) dimension to travel back in time along this timeline, but you can’t jump into another (branch) timeline straight away.
The 5th dimension will be like a split off of this line, because there is a multitude of different paths we can branch off to at any moment: these depending on our choices, chance and the actions of others.
5 – A split
The 6th dimension (like the 3rd dimension) is what you fold through to move from one possible branch of time in the 5th dimension towards another possible timeline (also in the 5th dimension).
6 – A fold
In the example given, the 5th dimension can be folded through the sixth to jump straight into another different branch of time.
Like the 3rd dimension were treated as a single point for use with the fourth dimension (time). The 6th dimension is treated as a single point for use with the 7th dimension.
All of the different possible timelines for our universe, with all of its different possible endings, is treated as a single point.
Other points were created through different initial conditions, whereby different (and separate) universes are created with different basic physical laws; and their possible timelines.
A line in the 7th dimension would join up two of these points.
7 – A line
The 8th dimension (like the 2nd and 5th dimensions) is a branch off this line to yet another universe (infinity).
8 – A split
To move from one branch of the 8th dimension to another you need to fold through the dimension above (like the 3rd and 6th dimensions), so the 9th dimension is folded to move from one possible universe to another.
9 – A fold
A point in the 10th dimension includes all of the possible universes with all their possible timelines. And there are no other points to draw a line to in the tenth dimension.
I have a lot of free time. 😕

Don't try to fold a piece of paper too many times...... you'll be on the moon b4 you know it.... Mind, save NASA a lot of fuel if they learned to fold paper better....hehe.

Rec'd. I love this guy! 😵
