Isn't extra large just more water? Double espresso for me... They do croissants here as well bizarrely. Tim Nortons came to the UK a while back but I wasn't impressed.

I don't think a light-hearted joke ranks close in the inappropriate scale to any of those comments if true. I also believe that Dive can talk for himself.

I'm sure even now both Dive and I could meet up for a drink in person and have friendly chats. Could you say that about anyone on your list?
