@torunn saidI am in the eastern part of Canada, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador. We all have different rules so far but are slowly opening up some provinces quicker than others.
How is the situation in Canada? My daughter hopes to visit her family in Toronto and she will have her second vaccination before that.
I think the poster was correct in saying hold of on any trip to Ontario for now at least.

@huckleberryhound saidSo the suggested time is 12 weeks you got the second doese after 8 weeks and complain about what exactly?
I finally got my second vaccination. I got my first dose of Astra Zenica on the 1st of April...two days later, the Irish government decided they were going to stop giving it to the under 50s. As it stood the waiting time for AZ was supposed to be 12 weeks, but they extended it to 16 to see if there was a possibility they could give a different second dose.
Luckily ...[text shortened]...
No matter. I'm done, and i have the cert to prove it. Now open Prague up so i can go on holiday.
@suzianne saidI got my card laminated. I can not in all conscience tell someone else to get the vaccination. It's a personal choice, and I want to see things open up. If you stand for freedom and body autonomy, you can't cherry pick their implementation.
Congratulations. Here in the US, we seem to be down to those who may not take the vaccine under any circumstances. I don't think the US can expect any kind of "herd immunity" until enough people have been vaccinated and if we never get there because of these "refuseniks" then their fears will be self-fulfilling that this virus and precautions will never go away.
My sugg ...[text shortened]... t on your phone to show authorities who may request it. This is especially important if you travel.

@huckleberryhound saidThere have been a few peculiar side effects noted. If $100 bills start shooting out your ears, PM me immediately!

@suzianne saidGood idea! I hadn't thought of that.
My suggestion would be to take a legible picture of your card with your phone so that you can retrieve it on your phone to show authorities who may request it. This is especially important if you travel.

@trev33 saidThis Scottish bloke goes on a skiing holiday to Canada. After a hard day on the slopes, he retires to a bar at the bottom of the mountain. After about five or six whiskeys, he looks up and notices a stuffed animal with antlers on the wall...
Isn’t Glasgow super duper gay?
He asks the bartender, "What the fook is that?"
The bartender replies, "It's a moose."
The Scottish chap shouts back, "Fook me! How big are the cats?"
