Don’t worry, trust me. I not a racist and one of my best friends is black. I’m not stupid so I wouldn’t tell you a lie because I like to keep it real. I’ve been thinking about this 24/7 and even though it might be pushing the envelope for some people, it makes sense that they are no different than the rest of us, ya know? See what I’m saying?

"Really, it's a compliment to you." This is something I'm hearing more and more in my office. What it actually means is "Really, it's more work for you but we're trying to make you feel empowered."
