I guess this would be #12...sorry...hit the "reply" in the wrong spot...Why do the French mispronounce so many names and words such as former Green Bay Packers'...now Jets'... quarterback's name: Brett Favre. They say Farve. And the French word "bouillon". Perhaps we are the ones who mispronounce the latter, come to think of it. We say bou-lee-on.

Actually, you don't have to press 1 for English.. just wait a second or two and English will be spoken. Callers have the opportunity to press 1 to skip the next message, an invitation in Spanish to press 2. It's a neat way to offer bilingual service.
