I like to puree radishes into a mixture of garlic and chives then mix them with some home made mayo (whipped egg whites and olive oil). Place it on a bed of spinach and Romain lettuce. Put the mixture in a covered dish and place it in the refrigerator for about three days. Taste like crap but makes nice compost. Eat a banana instead.
