Think I've been oversharing my contrarian points of views and pent up bucket list. Realize, now, that doing so sucks the juice out of the room. My bad. Please forgive. -gb

In fact I think creating threads is not the major problem. Posting is.

If you would manage to put your original thoughts into meaningful posts you would be a major asset to the forum.

If so, why the constant complaining about too many gb threads?

Would "meaningful posts" be something more in line with a writing style like Phlab's, rookie's or yours?

To my knowledge, you haven't. Fact is you've generally been relaxed and complimentary. Your prominent poster, high profile good buddies are among the ones who become threatened easily. Sometimes they even resort to attacking people and wishing them harm because, by their own admission, they hate their guts. Then they predictably become self conscious (like little girls and boys getting caught) of their childish mischief, try to cool down and say, "I was just kiddihg" or "Can't you take a joke." What a colossal waste of cyberspace space and breath! lol

... we can't be certain to miss any of these Earthly things in the afterlife. I definitely plan on having all of them at my disposal. On 2nd thought, I think we will be in such a state of bliss, we couldn't possibly miss anything we've experienced in our lives on this sewer of a planet.

You know that really powerful rush of emotion you feel when you are in love? Something tells me that in the afterlife, that is the way we will feel constantly.

No, it's really a strong hunch. I've had fleeting glimpses using my mind's eye and it's the idea I come away with. Also, when you hear people describe their NDE's they describe the feeling much the way I see it.

My wife is from Mexico and watches many tele novelas (Hispanic soap operas) and Sylvia Navarro is a prominent actress in the genre. She is so incredibly beautiful.. all natural too.. no augments. 🙂

I tell my wife Sylvia is my secret girlfriend. That prompted her to choose a secret boyfriend. She chose Jorge Ramos - a well-known Hispanic journalist for Univision. Yes. It worked. I'm officially jealous.

Hey if it "works" for you then more power to you, to each his/her own.

Sorry to take so long, but I am even busy on the weekends. Had a recital today after my usual tasks as pianist and organist. To answer your question...I give piano lessons for a living. No one can fire me! Younger women have retired, so I am a bit overloaded with students right now, but still can handle the 25 I have. I do not teach in my home, as I live ten miles from the nearest town. This can present a problem with the winter coming on in this blizzard-prone state. But I've lined up two ladies to fill in for me on the days when I can't get the car out of the garage! (Thanks to friend GB for his remarks).
