When I first moved to Ontario in the late '60s that's what they did in Toronto (at about 11 PM) but over time they realized that rolling them up was a bad move. Perhaps that may be a similar situation here. Come on Handy, be a visionary.

Actually "make out" is a verb composed of two words, more or less replaceable by "neck" and I was just being funny (IMO).
