The extent of abuse and the type of abuse between Jehovahs witnesses and the catholic church is different. I know this from what I have read in wikipedia.
I really don't wish to discuss it to be honest because i find the subject rather depressing and in the past the emotive nature of the subject has provided my haters ( one is presently serving a forum ban for making some very serious allegations without the slightest foundation) with material they can contort and twist into weapons and missiles to bash me over the head with.
