Walking virtually pain free and off of the pain killers. Definitely not a break but as the doc said, some kind of pressure injury and inflammation. Quite relieved it’s not a break.

Update #4

This weekend I’ve been back to the coastal town where this topical injury first occurred. It’s like my foot somehow knows and is aching slightly with a sense of foreboding. I had a word with it and it’s calmed itself somewhat. You have to be cruel to be kind I feel.

Yeah with on that one. Although can just say from personal experience, I reserve (personally) my aching foot for the ex wife - at worst satisfying😑🚬
