Initially I thought that the banning was too severe but now I think it's very well deserved,as he didn't show any regret for what he has done.

I think he was honest, after all.
And I think that here at RHP a LOT of people should must follow his example.
IMHO, he deserves a second opportunity.

Obviously no,he would have continued fooling honest users for many time and many time again.

Yea crazylilting. U should just mind ur own business. i knew blobby and u didnt. he doesnt deserve a second chance. i was in his clan and he sent a notice out to all members right before he was banned. he wanted someone to take over he knew he was caught. i respect him but he cheated so he should be gone. end of story. and quit with the spanish idioms. they r starting to piss me off

May be you have your reasons, but if so, post these. What you are afraid of? Im getting really tired of all that blah blah blah...

You can also use the language function on search engines to bypass webpage blockers.
There are also free programs to bypass firewalls, mainly aimed at running Kazaa and the like at work.
If you want to run a chat client (ie Yahoo Messenger) there are a few ways to do it. First one is to setup the proxy manually, you need to know your proxy setting for your school. Sometimes they are listed in IE, if you go to "Tools" "Internet Options" "Connections" "Lan Setting" they might be listed there. Then you go to the connection settings in your chat client, click "Use Proxy" or the equlivent and then type in the proxy setting, this will probably make it use HTTP and get around the blocked firewall port. You can also use "No network detection" or "Firewall with no proxies" in Yahoo IM.
