I've decided i want to run 10 miles. I've never done it before, so i will work up to it over the year.

I can be quite determined when i set my mind to something, and i'm guessing that once i raise my runs to 5 miles every two days (which i hope to be up to by march) i will lose much of my excess fat (if not weight). Muscle memory is a great thing, you know.

I've decided to put €1 in a jar for every mile i run from now till the marathon and i plan to give it to charity when i'm done...it should mount up during he summer.
