From what I understand, a fluffer is actually hired to "fluff"/sexually arouse the male participants just prior to a scene shot in pornographic movies. I believe that they have other 'cleanup duties', however, you get the idea. I doubt they make the kind of money that I'm going to be needing to borrow.
