Thanks! Put it up for last Halloween and liked it so much I kept it. Now, could I incorporate a spinning star into it. Hmmmm....

Thanks. Google 'animated avatars', then use Adobe Fireworks to edit. Pretty easy stuff.

Thanks, but what seams easy to you isn't so easy to me I predict. I haven't actually gone and looked at the fireworks thingy mind you. Times I've tried to use something other then this chess site and it's not worked are many. It's clearly worked for you though. Good job they both look great. Krapsporv made my acid avatar, it's fantastic.

Very nice. It's called an animated gif file. It's essentially a series of single frames played as an animation. You edit frame one, then edit frame two, and so on and say how long each frame should display before moving to the next one. Then loop the whole thing so it repeats over and over.

There's tons of free editors out there you can experiment with. The hardest part with my werewolf was keeping him high quality and fitting him into the file size constraint.

Okay. I should have a go at it. Paterns are ment to be my strength (back when I trained to be a textile designer, feels like another life now) Not today, but now that I know what to do I'll give it a go. Thanks again.
