DO IT.
On 2nd thought..............
Advantage of corner apartment: fewer neighbors, more peace and quiet
Disadvantage of corner apartment: more outside walls exposed to the elements, resulting in an increased utility bill.
The ground floor apartment not only will cost more to heat in the Winter, but is also susceptible to being robbed... consider that.

Neglected to mention that, unlike garden variety leggo boxes made out of ticky tacky that all look the same, this highrise is a state of the art high tech energy-efficient construction. All hvac, electric and water costs, typical city trash removal and sewerage utility fees are contractually waived with no add-ons to the competitively priced monthly rent. 24/7 private security and city police deterrent patrols are designed to provide tenants with an anxiety free environment in which to create magnificent wonders in a virgin appliances appointed kitchen for candle lit evenings; snooze and play the royal game of chess (preferably either/or not both simultaneously) to their heart's content; launch new and interesting internet threads and post to public forums once any self imposed bans of record are lifted. Besides, my life and times are in Dad's hands as much now as during earlier chapters. He doesn't snooze on the job and His protective ever watchful eye is not only on the sparrow but also on undeserving yet grateful Boston Lads enjoying freedom again.

I do. Take a look back at his posts. All he ever does is bitch. Sorry you can't see that. Take the 'cheap shot' threads for example. Tell me that's not bitching? Since this conversation has now deteriorated into trash it's being relegated to the bin
with two missing wheels in the second basement of the RHP Archives where surplus
shovels and wheelbarrows are usually stored. My thanks to all who remained on topic.
