It looks like a real clock to me. But I don't like to have a clock there at all. I associate clocks with stress, work and not having enough time.
But it definitely needs a red pawn and maybe the clock face should be some other color as well.....

I'm revising what I said before - I like the graphic and the lettering has grown on me quite quickly. I might even subscribe.

In my opinion a red pawn wouldn't fit the TFC colour scheme at all, and it would likely be quite distracting. I don't miss colour at all, but if any colour would be added, I think it should be green or yellow.
