my thoughts exactly.
a happy meal is what £20 now? plus i'll have to bring my niece, can't just walk into mc'ds and eat a happy meal all by my selfness. plus her brother will want to come as well, you don't want to make the little guy cry. so there's £60 for mc's plus an ice cream each pumps it up to £80. and we'll say another £80 for b' king so that's £16 ...[text shortened]... t along to russ and he'll make sure it ends up in my account.
i await your payment.
i would have charged for petrol costs and an appearance fee as well. Plus i would have charged for out of hours service.

Cafes in these small rural towns are cheap and serve fantastic meals. The county seat here is along a two lane interstate from Canada to Mexico and does a good business with truckers. We have to share a meal because they are so generous with their portions. The waitress gives us full portions of potatoes and gravy and veggies. We share the meat, huge homemade dinner roll, and I get the soup. Add coffee and we are talking under six bucks. And we are stuffed! Our favorite is the liver and onions.
