Thank you, some of it looks very beautiful.
Yes indeed. Don't take my little bit of sidelong political satire too seriously. Ha ha. 😉

Was recently talking about him. He suffered a dreadful early trauma.

His father's opponents can't even find anything illegal that Hunter has actually done - apart from the drug use [stopped] and the not-paying-his-taxes [already paid back] - let alone his father. Trading on one's family name is not illegal in and of itself. I hope Hunter's painting gives him solace/satisfaction and pleasure to his customers.

Could be difficult, with everyone wanting to know ‘who’ is paying such exorbitant prices on artwork that is being displayed in it’s very first gallery show?

Unethical, I imagine. Yes. But unlikely to be illegal.

Ok I get it, so he chose to do something for others rather than pursue a lifelong journey as an artist. As I said, he seemed a sweet guy.

I studied fine art in my 20’s, had always spent hours drawing and painting from the age of 5. It all came to a halt in my 40’s when my kids were my priority. Now I have lots of time but I can’t recover that productive momentum I acquired at art school. I’d love to be back there but seem to have lost the drive to do it?
Maybe watch an episode of him actually doing the painting. He communicates love for the art form, and the joy, the actual joy, of painting. Creativity, and the physical motions of doing the work. It is obviously a passion. Maybe it could spark the desire once again. Momentum is over-rated. One must enjoy the process to kindle the passion.

I feel the same way about playing the piano. It is my primary creative outlet.

While we are talking about worthless art
-------------

The vast majority of NFTs are now worthless, new report shows (non-fungible token)
Two years after tech trend that swept up artists and celebrities, researchers estimate 23 million people hold worthless investments
=========

How people could get wrapped up in such obvious ponzi schemes, I'll never know.

If you're talking about the art of Bob Ross and Hunter Biden, then I don't think you are using the term "ponzi scheme" correctly.
