I don't think she deserves a longer sentence than anyone else would receive. The problem is she isn't going to jail like a normal person would. She will undoubtedly go to a private cell that is deserving of Martha Stewart and probably won't even do the full 45 days. Even though on her show she portrays herself to be one of the biggest b****es this world has ever seen, more than likely she will be reported as having "excellent behavior". While she gets an almost vacation, a regular person would end up in a 4 person cell of which 1 of the women would be named "Fisty".
