Of course, the not knowing about what can come out of this virus is scary. Sometimes I think being way out in these islands is good but then, there is a big downside with getting medical care and the right vaccines etc.
I concur rajk999...It is all very scary and most just don't want to even talk about it.

Not talking about it doesn't make it go away, probably in a way helps to talk about it as you find others are having the same issues as you are. These are indeed very stressful times. I find that chess actually helps relax me, but not as well as after I've had a good workout. Chess too can be stressful situation for some, but I find it mostly fun and relaxing.

Dont divulge really personal information please.. general stuff

Cooking on Fathers Day - Men are the best cooks. So you want your food taste good on Fathers Day so you have to cook it yourself.

I have two daughters from two marriages. One 38 living abroad and one 8 living with me, down here in a $hithole country... lol πŸ˜€

Food - Pigging out today Bacon and Eggs f ...[text shortened]... roti for dinner .

Drinks - Beers for lunch [on my 5th], and El Dorado 15 yr old rum for dinner.
Salmon steaks marinated then poached in white wine. More white wine to wash it down with. Pan fried potatoes. Of course, I cooked tonight: not taking any chances on a botched salmon steak. Later, ice cream and Baileys. Shared with She Who Must Be Obeyed.

Kids packed off to their rooms, watching some series on iPads; romantic dinners for parental units are still "eeewu, yucky" for them.

Nice menu. More proof men are the best cooks. I like doing Salmon slabs also with the skin and scales as well, grilled on a open flame. The scales and skin melt and make a delicious crusty coating, especially when topped off with some lemon juice and cooking cream.
