Well, I certainly agree with the roast beef and Yorkshires. (*An ingenious combination, and like many good dishes, it comes from a time when there wasn't enough meat for all...)

We do the breakfast over in here Ireland too, call it an Irish breakfast, and throw in superior sausages, bacon, perchance a potato cake and black pud (and maybe white/brown too)! Hooray!

Then wash it down with a mug-o-tae! There we go.

(I approve of Brighton, though- great fun!)
