From my flat (appartment) window I can see very clearly a little bit of
the living room of the flat directly slap bang in a perfect straight line
on the opposite side of the narrow road. I think the flat is inhabited by
3 girls, around about my age (Shhh, stop it!). Here's the thing:-
There is on display, very clearly, a small glass chess board.

Several point to consider here. Do you see the small glass chess
set without the use of binoculars? 😕. Next are the pieces in their
original position? 😀 Is the right lower square black or white?
Suggestion: Put a small glass chess set on display in your window
with h3 as opening move. Then go from there.

If this is the case, then I was refering to them having access to a
computer with a modem rather than just access to a phone line. I live
in the countryside and therefore am ignorant of the proportion of
people living in the middle of Exeter who do not have access to the
internet. Yet surely, there has be a chance that they don't.😛
Hope you've thought this thing through Mark... What if they 'take the
bait' and in the ensuing game it becomes pretty obvious that you
could win hands down? Perhaps before the game has really got going
you find yourself with a mating opportunity? (Before you get too
excited that's CHECK mating 😉 ) Would you do the dirty deed or
pretend to yourself that you hadn't noticed? Just wondering...

Yes I was refering to internet accesss. It's not just available in homes
remember. There are cyber cafes, libraries, colleges, hotel rooms,
airports, internet phone booths and all manner of new places
springing up all the time. I even made some moves on RHP from a
free internet cafe half way up a Norwegian mountain last year!
Even primary school kids are invariably 'webwise' now days so I'm
pretty
sure that at least one of these young ladies is going to have some
rudimentary internet abilities and /or access.
