I can't be sure but I think what I was trying to say is they don't do anything. Except act as an ego boost to some.

I realize I'm just starting here at RHP and am going to join when i get my next paycheck. but i all the sudden have ten recs and don't know where they came from. Not that i m complaining or anything 🙂 just last time i looked i had zero, so i m wondering, are we supposed to know when we get a rec or are they anonymous or something?
If they were used properly they'd be a useful way of finding interesting posts.
I use recs to find posts where XanthosNZ has admitted he made an error... 😉
