Not denial, but then, children think that 30 is ancient! I'm neither old nor young, and that suits me fine 😛
But lurking in the background under them all is age-ism 🙄 The nicest thing about old age (...and death for that matter) is that it is democratic.
One day you just realize that it is already too late to do all the things you were sure you'd have done before you reached 40 😉 It can knock the wind from beneath your wings.... 😀
