Not such a secret. If your avatar (forum or profile) is located on a host server, the number of times the image is accessed is logged and can be viewed. If you dig a little deeper, you can get country locations of each "visitor", which browser they are using, etc. But unless you know the IP address you can only guess at the identity of the visitor.

Rag, thanks for those. It will definitely save me some time.

To be honest, I started off doing it with far greater intentions than just A-B. 😞

Maybe some more next week, although I'm sure one of the script kiddies (maybe Russ) could grab them fairly easily.

I've added the RHP profile links, which also helped me correct some of the user names.

There are more pics from Saint Nick.

poser n. L19. [f. POSE v. + -ER.]

A person who poses

Daily Mirror A Poser wears the clothes...but doesn’t have the commitment.

Golf World What I would call a poser’s paradise...where people go to be seen.

Never mind. You can still enjoy all those "recs."

"Poseur" is the correct spelling (and no, it's not some fancy french version).

From the same site:

I use better dictionaries anyway. My first definition was from the SOED. Would you like the Chambers one next, or are you willing to concede at this point?

I have no idea what you just said.

Btw: Poser is the ignorant American spelling. Good job.

The Daily Mirror and Golf World have always been the authorities on spelling matters, haven't they? πŸ˜‰

😞

poser noun

1 Someone who poses.

2 derog Someone who tries to impress others by putting on an act and by dressing, behaving, etc. so as to be noticed.

From Chambers, who, btw, hate American spellings.

Your attempt to go around in circles on this one has resulted in self-contradiction.

Didn't you just say that poser was the American spelling? And isn't Webster's American?

"Ignorant" American spelling. Quite similar to yours.

And I was just pointing out a simple spelling mistake, as you've done so many times (hypocrite).

Are you telling me that cute little coloured kid wrote a dictionary?
That's pretty smart.
