There is head-to-head competition which results in a wil-loss record or there is rotisserie which is basically accumulating scores all year. I'd like to try the head-to-head because I never have. But if someone is against it, just let me know.

Head-to-head is more what you're looking for, I think... although neither are exactly what baseball is like. I think going against a different team every week would be better for the goading and chirping, like Eagle said.
