@drewnogal saidDon't ask. Stees is a bit on the Senior side…
What exactly goes on in your bed every hour?
see at About 53 to 57 seconds
@earl-of-trumps saidMe too.
I sleep like a log. Always have. I nap too
8 hours is never enough.
@ghost-of-a-duke saidYes, I just break it in half. I will check with my doctor if she can add 3.75mg to my prescription. It seems more practical, I agree.
Do you cut it in half?
It also comes as a 3.75mg tablet.
I have friends who sleep too little every night but they won't try any help in fear they might become addictive. I am taking pills for my blood pressure and thyroid gland and I think sleep is just as essential. Besides, at my age what does it matter? 🙂
@old-indian saidThis tablett Imovane doesn't keep you asleep, it helps you to fall asleep - to relax. But primarily I think it is a psychological help - you believe it helps and so it does.
Sleeping pills are dangerous.
What if something happens like a fire and you don’t wake up in time?
I work out and sleep fine or have a few beers and sleep even better 😉
@torunn saidAhh I see

Well that’s better.
@ghost-of-a-duke saidWhen you retire you’ll sleep like a baby.
I get a good 8 hours.
If only it was in a night, rather than a week.
😲
@old-indian saidExercise more drink less, you'll have a great nights sleep.

If you work out hard enough you don't need a few beers just an excuse for drinking.

@earl-of-trumps saidI love a nap, especially after lunch following a long swim or walk.
