I'm curious, MissShell. It's 8 degrees F here and tomorrow it'll be in the teens. I suspect it's much warmer where you are. You don't have to worry about getting snowed out for your rock climb, do you.

no will probably be doing it in a pair of shorts and singlet top seeing its summer and the rocks im climbing are at a beach too, should be excellent 🙂

Nytol contains diphenhydramine, an anti-histamine which can make a person feel drowsy. It is an over the counter drug in the UK and USA. Own brands (e.g. Tesco sleep aid) are exactly the same but cost a third of the price.
