didn't you get something like 2-5cm of snow there? 😀

we got about 10cm this morning, and the plows don't even bother to move yet... -19 degrees cold in the morning, but it's warmer now.

we never get days off for neither snow or cold. it's considered normal here. 🙂

well, it's not that different here. every single year, when the first snow falls, there's a huge amount of car crashes. and the next day the papers read: "first snow surprised drivers, hundreds of car crashes."


it always makes you wonder what the hell were they thinking. that this winter there would be no snow? 🙂 (of course we're still a lot more used to driving in slippery snow, even though the tires don't really make much difference when there's fresh snow on the road... they bite only to hard pressed snow or ice)

just heard on the radio, 30 crashes in helsinki so far today...

Shouldn't you go home if no one else is in?

I've got 2 choices:

1. Go home and do nothing.
2. Stay at work and get paid to do nothing with free drinks and a pool table.

Guess which one I went for!
