So long Frank Burns

Frank was a dogs best friend. I remember months of debate about the the qualities of Scotch Vs Bourbon. Although Bourbon clearly won, it would be an honor to set down and consume a bottle of the very best scotch with him in his honor as long as he paid for it. Frank is a great guy, and I am proud to call him a friend.
