Yes, it's working fine. The only ones I put on ignore are the ones who make me feel disturbed or anxious, they're either people who attack others indiscriminately whether they can defend themselves or not (bullies) or fundamentalist nutters who repeatedly insist that black is white even after many patient posters have tried to reason with them.
