@great-big-stees saidI don't know the 3 dos, sorry. I don't think people will be able to stick to the recommended behaviour for long, but I really hope they can.
Will they stick to the 3 "dos" though? 🤔
@great-big-stees saidI concur Stees, and we also have many people wearing a face shield you know the ones made of a hard plastic besides the mask, washing hands, & social distancing.
The three "dos" we stick to here are, 1) wear a mask 2) wash hands often and 3) social distance.
So far Nova Scotia is doing very well compared to the rest of the country, alos P.E.I. and New Brunswick untill they went and opened things up again had they stuck to what they were doing they wouldn't have had that but it is mainly in the Northern part of New Brunswick and contained.
I do understand the economy is suffering can't keep it shut down forever. Business are closing never to re-open which is sad.

@great-big-stees saidPeople are saying we are going to be stuck with this for the next 2 years at least, and it may always be around like the flu, I believe a vaccine is the only answer. Then we have to see what the long term affects of that will be. We are now living in a new world. I am so happy to be retired and my children adults now.

@very-rusty saidNow we have grandchildren and great-grandchildren to worry about.

@torunn saidTrue that is down side, but I think a vaccine will be found and they will be fine or at least that is my wishful thinking. Like Kewpies said they now have new heroes to look up to and maybe want to become a part of so it may not be all bad. Some time getting stuck with something bad can be good in the long run, with the exceptions of death it takes with it of course.

@very-rusty saidDid it stick around? Ours did...for a while.

@great-big-stees saidWe actually ended up with close to 10....from looking out my window. The sun is out nice and bright so hoping it will do most of the work. I will have to clean my Van for sure as have to make sure everything off the top of the vehicle. Temp is still below freezing. The sun will not melt it all. Rush hour traffic last night at supper time was slow with lots of fender benders and one of the bridges were tied up for about 2 hours. They had called for 1-5 cm's. They are claiming we had 10-20 cm's of snow...I assume different areas had different amount, much more than expected of course. Stick in a wind change here a temp change there and it can change things pretty quickly.

I thought I would stick this in: https://globalnews.ca/news/7439723/snow-halifax-crash-traffic/

@very-rusty saidYou have a "van"? Why not something more sporty or are you stuck with transporting a large number of offspring around town?

@great-big-stees saidSee you think you know somone and you don't. I had it all done over inside with insulation and panels. I have a hydrolic lift in it for transporting handy capped people. Have the proper tie downs etc., etc., I put a lot of money into that van and could actually live in it. Children are all grown now...Also use it for some charity stuff I do. It will carry more than a car, great with the Christmas care packages I deliver to people. Never assume things about people Stees! 😉

@great-big-stees saidThank you Stees for the sincere compliment. I think it makes me feel as good as the people I help and one feels like you've accomplished something. I love seeing the smile on the family's faces. I am not a hugger but those are nice at the time. So in a way by helping them I am helping myself too. You know what it is like after retirement, you have to find something to keep busy on here gets boring at times. I often stick in my moves while out. Usually just post in forums on my home computer. You'll notice not many nights or late mornings I am on here my time.
