I think it has been kept stuck in Ireland although I did here of one case in Newfoundland but that couldn't be confirmed as no one could understand what the fellow was saying.

Missed that one. I am stuck in the hinterlands of Canada where we have very little contact with the outside world. Especially in 1993 when we had a huge snowstorm that we didn't dig ourselves out of till 1996. Now that was a snowfall.
