As for something I've done that I consider stupid, I think of a girlfriend I had at the age of nineteen. We were arguing over something and she asked me point blank if I loved her. I did. Very much so, in fact. But instead of telling her that yes, I did indeed love her but was very angry, I simply walked away. I let my pride get in the way and it cost me not only a girlfriend, but a good friend, as well. I learned a valuable lesson that I still carry with me. But it's amazing how often pride is the root of the stupid things we do.

I'm okay, been working on my essay (that you've obviously seen) for days now, and it's going well, hopefully I can get really high marks like I did with my last essay.
