McNabb and you are acting emotionally whereas I am using my high powered analytical skills to look at the situation objectively. It comes down to whether the team on the field will be better with or without one of the best receivers in the game. Even a Game Mod should be able to figure that one out!
You know the old saying... There's no 'me' in TEAM. He was tearing them apart from the inside, they have enough problems.

This ain't your Rhode Island Boys club flag football team, it's guys who are among the best in the world and have been playing the damn game since they were kids. I'll never understand why these professional leagues make it mandatory for players to answer reporter's questions and give interviews, but then go out and punish them if they give the "wrong" answers. It's a power trip for the coach and management.

The Packers are desperate enough to take him , but I don't know if they could come up with enough cash . The also have a history of taking chances on big-mouthed trouble making recievers in the recent past , like Terry Glen and Andre Rison . Still , I don't think TO would go to a team as crappy as GB even with big bling and Brett Favre waved at him . Someone will be dumb enough to make an offer though . He might be a cancer but he'll sell tickets .
My bet is the Raiders will make an offer to trade for him or pick him up his contract . Al Davis loves these situations . I don't think he can pass up the alure of having Moss and TO as bookend fat-yaps .

If he was on the Patriots they would have canned him too, I think your guys did the right thing. I wish nobody would pick him up, but that wont happen. The guy is the most self centered athlete I've ever seen. A lot of people remember he had a good super bowl, but he did not get them there, they got there without him. He's been milking that one good game for almost a year now.
You'll have to excuse my lack of objectivity, I'm a LITTLE FREAKING EMOTIONAL right now, standing over the smoking ruin of the Eagles' season. They're done. The window has officially closed. Giants, Cowboys, Seahawks, Panthers...NFC's wide open.

Well, I guess I'm in the midst of realizing that the run is over. And today it was officially proclaimed. I've got a bunch of things going on right now - what the fuck am I going to do with the rest of my life now that my football team isn't going to win, what am I going to talk about, what excuses am I going to have to come up with to drink beer a ...[text shortened]... h-bye...there's a line on the Walt Whitman, too, they're not jumping fast enough at the Ben...
