Nothing wrong with either doormen or cooks! Unless they want to put down someone else as being simple minded then they have to be reminded who they are!
VR is a simple man, with simple ideas and simple reasoning skills.

I think calling someone a doorman or cook is no worst that saying the aforementioned to a man, who has worked very hard, and done very well for himself, something I take great pride in thank you!

Sometimes, I will do that, say something all together different than what I am actually going to say. So you have already given your answer, and I have changed what I said, and your answer makes no sense. I do that when I am in a silly mood like now. 😉
They caught on to that one now, and usually wait, to see if I am going to change first...LOL...You got to get in fast enough so it goes in before their answer, it is fun trying if you bored or feeling silly. 🙂
