Be nice to the new mods, they have to learn same as you did.
FACT: Ice was on at this time, had he been a Mod the filthy talk and racist remarks wouldn't have stayed on for 30 minutes, is my point.
Neither you or I have any idea how many people saw it. I believe it was around mid-night on a friday night my time....Most don't work saturdays so are up ...[text shortened]... your questions on the issue at hand, not putting down the present Mods in any way! Thank You
You don't know what I know, quit taking wild guesses.

If they are doing it after hours, and there are not "N Number" of posters who can alert it and remove it I guess there's no harm.
If you have 100 people online using the forums, 7 are going to see a post before it's removed.
If you have 5 people online, 5 might see it. What can you do?
If this user had the guts to post now, it would be gone in mi ...[text shortened]...
No, I don't think we need another batch of n00b mods. Remember VR, we're ALL MODS.

Originally posted by BusygirlThere is a small number of alerts needed to get rid of a post.

You are one person. Perhaps 10 people saw it and only 3 alerted?
What can you do?

You say a small number of alerts to remove a post. Let's pretend that this number is 5.
You expect 5 people to alert 80 posts each?
GET REAL!~

IF a new user gets alerts on a few posts, Admin could make a tool that would lock the user down.
Only problem is not a single post got the "N Number" of alerts.
Now, YOU GET REAL!~
YOU GOT THAT?
