It wouldn't surprise me. I've heard about it, but I've never read any reports in the serious press.
It is known that foreigners are coming here to perform euthanasia. I don't see any reason why children would be excluded.
I think the reports that make it to the press are the cases which go to court to end their lives the legal way, and are told not in this country. I am sure there are many cases of illegal euthanasia which go unreported in the UK press.
