I can't believe how perfect my hair turned out today. I'm so happy I could burst. Problem is it looks a little windy out so now I don't want to go anywhere because I'll get all messed up 🙁
Why is life so cruel? I need to find a wind proof hair spray. Oh well I will not let it get me down today. Mabye I can duck down below the wind or invent some sort of invisible protective shield. There must be a way to beat the weather. I'll figure it out someday. 😕

lol.
can you do the thing where when someone drops a stack of cards, you can immediately say how many cards are on the floor?
I think I'm gonna read up on autism, it sounds very interesting.
btw, sure hope it works out with meeting up around Christmas 😀
If you want to learn more about autism, here are some good places to start:
www.ani.ac (Autism Network International)
http://www.autistics.us/library/ (Autism Information Library. You might find my name there 😉 )
http://web.syr.edu/~jisincla/ (Jim Sinclair's website - articles on autism, advocacy, social signal dogs and intersexuality)

Originally posted by UmbrageOfSnowMaybe that's because you are weird? 😉 Anyway, it's debatable whether autism is a disorder, and even more debatable whether it's a mental disorder. Of course autistic people are different from neurotypical people (aka NTs), and I think that explains a lot of the problems in understanding NTs. Mostly, people understand each other because they experience the world in a similar way. Most NTs have just as much problems to understand autistic people as the other way round. And if autistic people meet other autistic people, there's often an intuitive understanding which autistic people are not "supposed" to have.
I don't know. Having an empathy score lower than people with a mental disorder which gives them trouble understanding others is kind of weird.
Oh, by the way, being NT is a disorder, too: http://isnt.autistics.org/
Quote: "Neurotypical syndrome is a neurobiological disorder characterized by preoccupation with social concerns, delusions of superiority, and obsession with conformity." 😉
