That sounds great. Mine is slightly different but same idea.
Instead of a twist of lime, I squeeze the juice of a whole lime. The celery
salt is an awesome idea. Will try it next time. Another thing is that I use
a bit of maggi sauce and, oh yeah, I add beer. Yes, yes, I know, but don't
chastise me for not being a purist. I like the bitterness of beer ...[text shortened]... ose huge Big Gulp-like plastic soda recipients.

Maggi's is great stuff. I've used it to splash on roast beef before browning and in many Asian dishes. Is a great marinade when combined with orange or pineapple juice.
