Actually, I have worked here before, but at that specific moment I was just volunteering.

Cool to see that Torunn is now more involved with employee relations, because Stees was such a strict hot-head (in my own personal experience; others might have a different view).

There's no way I would include Stees as a reference if conditions ever forced me to subjugate myself to working for someone else again.

Well considering the current financial situation…cost of living nearing all time highs, political unrest and the beating my investments are taking, paying employees is starting to out of reach. I do however issue IOUs.

I have never, in my many years of being a business owner, ever had the displeasure of having such an employee. Does it help to know that I am pleased with your contribution? Maybe you might have been more consistent in your working hours but I believe you have a potential.

May I get back to you about this after my sulk? I'm a strong believer in allowing things to run their natural course (well, at least in some cases).
