@torunn saidI imagine you would consider it strong, I was practically eating it since I was a youngster, later snaring, and learning how to skin a rabbit and clean it. My father showed me what to save inside, the liver and heart. I had an aunt who ate rabbit heads. I don't know any people but her that did, but my father told me when they were growing up every one ate the head.
Does it have a strong taste?

@very-rusty saidIt's ok, people eat all sorts of things - oysters, goat cheese, lightly salted fermented Baltic Sea herring (surströmming), eel, tongue, - all sorts of strange things, so I'm not disgusted.
Oh my, I didn't think you wouldn't be use to hearing about such things.
My apology to you torunn.

@torunn saidGood, when you have people from all over the world on the site you are going to get people who eat different foods. I find it interesting in what people eat and customs they have from different parts of the world.

@very-rusty saidOne need not “travel the world” to find different/interesting customs and eating habits. Hell, travel through one’s own country and find just that. Now who wants what?🤔😁

@great-big-stees saidI would like a glass of sparkling please, cheese and ham sandwich and some ice cream - since you asked. 🙂

@torunn saidAs I wasn’t sure what kind of “sparkling” you wanted I decided on water. I hope you like the Dijon mustard on your sandwich and for your ice cream I chose pistachio.👍

@great-big-stees saidI can have some water after the Rotari rosé sparkling wine, and instead of Dijon I would prefer Swedish mustard if there is some - pistachio ice cream is fine, thank you.

@torunn saidWell,as Meatloaf sang, “one out of three, ain’t bad”. I paraphrase of course.🤔

@great-big-stees saidWe use to have a little saying as kids. Went something like this: don't say 'ain't', your mother will faint and fall in a bucket of paint. 🙂

@great-big-stees saidI could go for some fried beef liver and onions with some kind of tomato sauce (doesn't have to be ketchup), in remembrance of my dear late Mom and her cooking when I was a kid. And maybe a Guinness? I think that would pair well with the dish.

@kevin-eleven saidYou will have the dish just as you remember it, and a Guiness with it.
