View any object under monochromatic red light and it will appear red (unless it absorbs the red light, then they will appear black).
But, if you are color blind, then there would be no color at all, only shades of gray.

Only if you suffer monochromacy. Otherwise, you most likely have red-blue or blue-yellow colour blindness - In which case the sky is red or yellow.
