There were warnings of more heavy snow today in Yorkshire, Humberside and the East Midlands. A student who built a 4ft penis out of snow in a park in Cambridge was given an £80 fixed penalty by police. John Knowles, 18, a history student at Anglia Ruskin University, was told that he had caused public offence.

Well, as I'm sure you realise yourself if you think about it, the male love
organ (or female for that matter) is a horrible and highly offensive thing to
depict. He should have made a snowman holding some sort of weapon. That
would easily have been approved.
Though, it would have been pure art if he had made a big, errected penis
holding a gun dir ...[text shortened]... ing with a chastity belt on, to
symbolise the societal forced struggle between the two sexes.
