A child's wading pool and lots of ice . It will work for a while , but he'll have to go on a diet and lose some of that insulating blubber .
The habitat is easy - I can unplug the heater from my hot tub and fill it with ice, and get a big bucket of fish. But my local pet store does not seem to carry walri.
I haven't checked eBay yet.
Maybe a monkey would be easier to find ...
